Boundaries between human and nature have long delineated an instinctual human fear of natural processes. Humankind, once humbled by the ecological processes of the biosphere (pestilence, famine, natural/biological disaster, etc.), now reconstitutes any/all biospheric ecologies for the benefit of industrial expansion. Yet, in the fearful times long gone, gods were once born of mountains, skies, and oceans as a reminder to the hubristic.
Humanity has since colonized the world’s surface, exploiting/dislocating improbably balanced ecologies in attempt to fully ascertain Manifest Destiny: the hearts of mountains themselves are hauled of to refineries, mutagenic winds blow, and oceans burn at human whims, yet we continue to “progress” toward some vague, ideally-constructed, a-priori constituent(s) of salvation/oblivion, though even our originaries cannot express or understand why: Derridian logic dictates that the totality of the scientific logos is only of mechanistic value; Binary destruktion of any system of discourse, language, mathematics, science, (as proposed by Heidegger) indicates that the humanocentric purposes by which men think and the unyielding ineptitude of true meaning deliverance (especially in conjunction with one’s expression of worldly position/relationship). Therefore, post-industrial-fueled utilitarianisms provide only impartialities concerning humankind’s role within the world/universe/all of existence as a direct result of logocentric modes of communicative expression and interpretations thereof. It is the limit of humankind, the edge of reason in a vastness of stochasticism.
Human understanding of the whole of ecology, or, man within society--within the world, of the world within the solar system, within what is visible (to man), of matter, of the “purpose” of matter--breaks down quickly. Even more quickly, for instance, considering the cell within the organ, within a man, within an ecosystem, within a biosphere, within a relatively cold, seemingly “dead” universe; or furthermore deteriorates considering the cell as a base organism, and man, an animal, one representation of one category of one type of a taxonomical kingdom (including plant, fungus, bacteria, etc.). In this demonstration a man is but perhaps an organ within the biosphere, just as a tree might be considered an integral constituent of a forest. An organ in any man may be interpreted ecologically as highly developed organelle within the framework of the totality of world/universal ecology, or it might be insubstantial. The value can only be determined in relationship with either the totality of world/universal ecology, or of their relationship with one another within the totality of the world/universe ecology. The limits of human categorical intuition cannot suffice to ascertain this. Within the universal ecology, nothing exists/survives alone. Not even humankind.
For this purpose we have theorized a partial-total ecology in which humankind is physically and philosophically reintegrated into the natural ecology of the biosphere, Earth, as required for humankind’s success/survival on the biosphere as a result of new/necessary genetically altered/mutated/evolved genomes. These new genotypes, mutato, will potentially invent/evolve into a new taxonomical kingdom of organisms, and expand taxonomical domain. The “purpose” of this total-ecological transmutation will remain outside the limitations of human understanding, as concepts such as “natural order,” and certainty, pend philosophical relocation. New symbioparasitic events will occur within the existing ecological framework as a result of mutato structures and biological interactions. Mutato genotypes should reconfigure the byproducts of existing biological organisms (a prerequisite for any partial/total ecology), and compete for ecological dominance with no less vigor than the current dominant species.
Mutato genotypes may perform the following utilities as a result of ecologically commingling with humankind: recycling industrial pollutants into their basic elemental constituents, recombining greenhouse gasses into hydro/fluorocarbons, limiting essential elements to one particular biological kingdom (ie: limiting O2 to animals, CO2 to plants, etc.), etc., erecting/precipitating skeleto-crystalline structures/formations. and the new genotype’s perceived function will be to “necessarily maintain biodiversity and bio-competition within the world, Earth.”
For the purposes of demonstration, we have theorized various mutato genotypes and their biomechanical interactions with one another and pre-existing biologies contained on the fringe of atmospheric and aqueous mediums. The final remnants of humanity at the oceanic refuge we have named eggel hazâhâ?, a solitary structure that produces just enough energy to sustain a small population of survivors in the wake of massive oceanic encroachment. eggel hazâhâ? floats aimlessly amidst strange pseudocrystalline formations comprised of biosynthetic mutato derivatives. Temperature-tolerant/toxicity-resilient plankton fuels the fundamental ecology, and bizarre mutato pseudomorphs, through biosynthesis, provide biological energy alternatives all to other organisms.
[fig. 1 // ] In the wake of a hypothetical, climate-change-induced, sustained oceanic incident, the versatile biodistillery is pivotal to the success of eggel hazâhâ?. Convertible mutato derivatives vastly outweigh humanly-useable, refined material, thus defining human carrying capacity.
[fig. 2//] Theoretical, benthic refuge, eggel hazâhâ?, utilizes biosymbiotic interactions with “kelp,” mutato, byproduct to sustain human interests. Mutato genotype correlates may interfere with survivability of competitors (ie // extinct) but ultimately achieve relativisitcally-specific equilibrium. In this panel, equilibrium is achieved by the scarcity of useable material converted by the biodistillery of eggel hazâhâ?.

These configurations may represent complex inter-ecologic relationships, who though devoid of logocentric determination, and though intuitively correlate, maintain specific/functional eco-diversity. This mutato synthesizes unique biochemicals that, when refined, sustain human life at eggel hazâhâ?.
